1. No Refund on Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products cannot be refunded or returned.

2. Damaged or Wrong Item

You may request a refund or exchange only if:

• The product arrived damaged,

• The wrong item was delivered, or

• The item is defective.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide proof (photos/videos).

3. Eligibility

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging (if returning).

• All accessories, manuals, and boxes must be included.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through:

• Bank transfer

• Store credit

• Replacement product

Processing may take 3–7 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• E-liquids once opened

• Disposable vapes

• Sale or discounted products

• Items damaged due to misuse
